AC and Matt’s Engagement Photoshoot

AC and Matt did the unthinkable - got up early in the dead of winter and got the opera house all to themselves. Some couples feel nervous in front of the camera for the first time which is normal, I have a bunch of techniques to help couples feel comfortable but these guys were right into it.. I asked “are you sure you’ve never done a photoshoot?!”.. “No this is our first…”

Getting up early certainly paid off, the images we captures are really special, particularly because of the really nice early morning light and the absence of any other people that early in the morning.

They were celebrating their 8 year anniversary together and also planning their wedding next May 2024 back home in France.

I’m really happy with these images and think they capture AC and Matt in a really natural, authentic and unforced way.
